Booking and payment: A booking and activity information sheet will be sent to you. This should be completed, scan/photo and emailed. A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking. The remaining 50% at the latest of one week before your activity date. Any bookings within 2 weeks of your chosen date must be paid in full. Payment is by BACS or Paypal.
Cancellation by the client: All paid for bookings are non refundable though it may be possible to rearrange dates.
Cancellation by Go Adventure Activities: We would only expect to cancel an activity due to unexpected staff illness. If this occurs the client will be offered a full refund. If you choose to rebook with us you will receive a 15% discount on your new booked date.
When booking your activity we take this as confirmation you have read and understood the terms and conditions and Activities Risk Statement.
Go Adventure Activities are covered by a comprehensive Public liability insurance policy, a copy of which can be provided on request.
